A Reflection of the Exhibition
The official opening of the exhibition took place after the Responsive Cities Symposium, bringing together an international crowd of professionals and students. The opening including presentations by Fiona Demeur about Urban Shift, Chiara Farinea on Nature-based Solutions and Areti Markopoulou on Circular Matter(s). Live music was played and vistors enjoyed the possibilities to network with each other. The Living Wall was designed to collect inputs by the vistors. This will be incorporated into the Living Book that has been travelling across Europe.
The vistors were very impressed by the Urban Shift prototypes and there was a lot of curiosity about the Urban Shift programme and how this was implemented in IAAC.

The one day workshop and creative brainstorming where held in the framework of Semanas d’arquitectura, bring participants from across the city of Barcelona.
